About Me

My name is James Henderson, and I go to school at the International Academy of Design and Technology

Detroit, Michigan, United States.

I am a very creative person, when it comes to designing, but as much as I love to draw and paint, I have always been passionate about the 3D world. Being a designer puts me in another world that helps me put together a place in my mind. I feel that when designing or modeling anything, I believe I can create anything that I put my mind to. I let my ideas flow and then create them as I go, that makes me happy inside. I look at the world and get my inspirations from anything I see, from buildings to hallways, weapons or cars, and picture what I can do with it. My goal is to explore more into the 3D world and make designs that will sure capture the attention of my audience.

I do what comes to my mind. I sometimes get random thoughts and make what I think. I work with what I have and sometimes challenge myself to make new things. I do like to draw, so I use that as a guide sometimes. Modeling, I try to be creative and I make anything from items, props, scenes, etc. Once I have an idea, I stick with it and work on it more and more as I go. It feels like an adventure for me as I explore and play around with the design to see all of the possibilities.

I believe that my work is still growing. My work comes from what I think, so I really don’t have a theme, it is mostly random designs based on what “I” see. I do challenge myself to see if I can design or model something if it looks hard, but my skills are still growing and I am attempting to get better in my career everyday.
